The exemption shall be available to any parcel on which is located only one single-family residential unit owned and occupied by a taxpayer 65 years of age or older:
As soon as you receive your ballot, mark "YES" on Measure CC. Then, place the ballot back into the envelope, sign and date the envelope, place a stamp on it and put in the mail immediately.
When will ballots arrive? Your ballot should have arrived in the mail. If you did not receive a ballot, call the Registrar of Voters at (562) 466-1323 no later than Friday, April 30 for a replacement.
When is the ballot due? Ballots must be received by the Registrar of Voters by 8pm on Tuesday, May 4.
How do I return my ballot? If you're mailing your ballot, you should send it in no later than Friday, April 30 to be sure it arrives at the Registrar's office in time.
